Below are the steps and documents required for applying and studying in Australia as per the guidelines of July, 2024.

Step 1^st: Applied for offer letter

• All academic document
• Passport copy
• IELTS or PTE score sheet
• Simple resume
   

Step 2^nd: After offer letter received (GTE Process)

• Singed offer letter
• Full pages passport
• Statement of Purpose
• Relationship verification of ward office
• Applicant’s citizenship included all the family’s citizenship
• Family members citizenship (those family member’s whose name was included in relationship)
• Property Valuation

1. Lalpurja including details of the owners
2. Land Tax payment receipts since 3 years issued by R.M/M

• In case of Cash Balance

1. Bank Balance certificate in AUD
2. Bank statement since one year

• In case of Education loan

1. Loan sanction letter
2. Mortgage Deed
3. Lalpurja Certificate
4. Land tax receipts issued by R.M/M

• Annual income verification of Ward office

1. In case of salary income

• Salary letter and appointment letter
• Income Tax Clearance Certificate
• PAN Card
• Salary Bank balance statement (since 1 year)

2. In case of Business Income

• PAN
• Registration/ Ownership certificate
• Income Tax return certificate for last three years
• Bank statements of the business for last 12 months

3. In case of agriculture Income

• Agriculture Income Verification
• Income tax return for last three years of financial sponsor
• Bank statement of Agriculture income

4. In case of lease income

• Lalpurja including details of the owners
• Bank statement of the property owner for the last 12 month including proof of receipts of lease payments
• Land tax receipts issued by R.M/ M
   

Step 3^rd: After GTE approved (after GTE has been approve need to tuition fee and health insurance payment for the application of COE)

• Tuition fee payment slip
• Insurance certificate
• Bank statement covering the period between the disbursement of the loan
   

Step 4^th: After COE Received (get ready for visa lodgment)

• Get ready with Visa document: All GTE document include 956 A form
• Fill the visa application form properly
• Attach the visa document in IMMI portal
   

Step 5^th: Visa fee payment (710 AUD*)

Step 6^th: Medical (NPR. 9,600*)

Step 7^th: Biometric (NPR. 1982*)

Step 8^th : Waiting for Visa Decision

Step 9^th  :Travel Plan

Step 10^th : Attend the pre-departure information.
